Who it's for

Not just menopause. Perimenopause and post-menopause, too.

Common symptom

Hot flashes & night sweats

Sudden waves of heat, flushing and sweating, day or night.

YOUR SAFETY COMES FIRST

Your labs make your prescription safe and personalized.

Our prescribing provider does not prescribe HRT without first reviewing your biomarkers — lab work is what makes the prescription safe and personalized. Every HRT order includes comprehensive longevity and hormone lab testing, 1-on-1 clinical review and a team that wants you to succeed.

How it works

Five steps, included in our HRT program.

  1. 1

    Labs

We schedule you for a local in-person blood draw based on your location and availability.

  2. 2

    Meet with provider

Your labs are ready! Complete a 1-on-1 telehealth video visit with the prescribing provider.

  3. 3

    Your provider decides

The prescribing provider decides if HRT is right for you, based on your lab results.

  4. 4

    Receive your HRT protocol

You receive a personalized HRT protocol, including any medication prescribed.

  5. 5

    Start your HRT program

Your prescribed medication is shipped to you from a licensed pharmacy.  Begin your 8-week program.

Week 8: progress visit with your provider, then renew for another 8-week cycle

Your first step includes our comprehensive longevity and hormone lab panels, in-depth biomarker analysis, a physician assessment and health score, and (2) telehealth doctor visits with your prescribing provider — one to review your labs and decide on a prescription, and one at the end of your 8-week program.

The 8-week cycle

Reviewed by your provider every 8 weeks.

Our HRT program runs on an 8-week cycle. At the end of the 8 weeks, you're scheduled for a medical visit with your prescribing provider to evaluate your progress and make any necessary adjustments. Any change happens at a visit with your provider.

The medications

Four medications. Prescribed only as needed.

Your provider will provide you with a customized HRT protocol. Your protocol will include one or more of these medications, depending on their evaluation of your labs. Tap a medication to learn more.

Optional

HRT optimized with peptides — if you choose.

Origin patients can explore an HRT protocol paired with peptide support, the latest in longevity optimization at your fingertips. Your provider decides what is clinically appropriate.

Frequently asked questions

Is HRT for women and men?

Our HRT program is women enrollment only. HRT is for clients assigned female at birth. TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) for men is in development and is not bookable yet.

Do I need lab work before starting HRT?

Yes. Every HRT order requires lab results. A licensed provider can't prescribe HRT without first reviewing your biomarkers — lab work is what makes the prescription safe and personalized. Your provider reads your labs at the visit.

How much will the medication cost?

We offer four medications - and all protocol combinations are included in the comprehensive cost of our 8-week program. Your provider may prescribe one, two, three or all four, depending on their evaluation of your labs. Medications shipped directly to you after your prescribing provider has completed their initial lab review.

Is perimenopause too early for HRT?

Not necessarily. Origin Wellness works with women in perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause. A licensed provider decides if HRT is right for you based on your symptoms, history and labs.

Is preliminary approval the same as a prescription?

No. Preliminary approval is not a prescription. A licensed provider decides whether HRT is appropriate only after reviewing your labs at your telehealth visit.

What happens at the end of the 8 weeks?

Our HRT program runs on an 8-week cycle. At the end of the 8 weeks you meet with your prescribing provider again to review your progress. Any change to your prescription happens at a visit with your provider. After your appointment, you can choose to renew your participation in our program for another 8 week cycle.

Can I add peptides to my HRT protocol?

Yes. Patients can explore an HRT protocol optimized with peptides; your provider decides what is clinically appropriate for you. Questions? Contact us at hello@originwellness.co.
