Refunds & Returns Policy

At Origin Wellness, our priority is delivering exceptional care and high-quality products with full transparency. We strive to make the entire process smooth from consultation through delivery. Prescription Medications

Due to state and federal regulations, once a prescription medication has been dispensed by the pharmacy and handed over to the carrier, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns of prescription products.

If your prescription arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our Patient Care team immediately by texting 469-218-5980. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement when appropriate. You may also contact us prior to shipping if you need to update your delivery address.

Non-Prescription Products

We accept returns of unopened, non-prescription items within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not accept COD returns.

To initiate a return, please email our Concierge Team at concierge@originwellness.co with your order number, the product name, and reason for return. Origin Wellness reserves the right to refuse returns that appear opened, used, or tampered with. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Lost or Delayed Packages

In the event your package is lost during shipping, Origin Wellness will work with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to locate it. If it cannot be found, we will promptly reship your order at no additional charge.
